The Regional Beginners Jamboree will take place on Sunday 26 May in Tortona
Important appointment for minibasketball on Sunday 26 May, the day on which the men's and women's tournaments of the Regional Beginners Jamboree will be played at the PalaCamagna in Tortona.
This is an opportunity to see at work the young athletes who participated in the respective Provincial Competitive Rookie trophies during the sporting year. The formula of the men's tournament includes 32 teams, divided into eight groups of four each: at the end of the first phase matches all the teams will take part in the play-offs which will define the final groups of the competition. The Men's Jamboree will be played on the morning of Sunday 26 May, with the matches scheduled to start at 9.30 am and end at 12.30 pm.
Bertram Derthona will be the protagonist of the men's event with three different quartets: the first composed of Bellinaso, Cervini, Calvaresi and Singh, the second of Ablatico, Bordoni, Borasi and Dalocchio and the third of Vio, Acquini, Mazzarotto and Emiliani.
In the afternoon there will be space for the women's tournament, which provides for the free registration of teams made up of four players. The start of the matches is scheduled for 14.30 pm, the end at 18.00 pm.
