Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "Regulation"), Derthona Basket SSRL, with registered office in – Tortona (AL) in Strada Comunale Bosco – Località San Guglielmo (the "Company" or the "Data Controller"), wishes to inform the users of its website (hereinafter the "Users" or, in the singular, the "User") regarding the processing of data voluntarily provided by them during registration on the site and/or in the event of a contact request through the appropriate function on the website. www.derthonabasket.it (hereinafter the “Site”) and/or collected during consultation of the Site.
In particular, the Company informs Users that the personal data provided to the Company may be processed under the terms and conditions specified below.

Personal data processed

The Data Controller will process the following User data:

• personal data;
• contact details;
• Usage and navigation data (including IP address) and other cookies, as better described in the Data Controller's Cookie Policy which can be consulted on the Website
  if you connect via social media (such as Facebook and/or Instagram), the URL of the social profile (including the Meta Pixel)

(hereinafter the “Personal Data”)

Aims of treatment

The Personal Data collected through the Site are processed by the Data Controller for the following basic purposes:

1. Management of User Requests: follow up on contact and/or information requests sent via the forms on the Site.
2. Providing and Improving Online Services: allow for the correct technical use of the Site, manage its features (including security, spam and bot prevention), optimize content distribution, and improve the browsing experience.
3. Statistical analysis and web traffic monitoring: perform aggregate and anonymous analyses on the use of the Site for the purposes of measuring performance and improving services.
4. Fulfillment of legal obligations and protection of the Data Controller's rights: comply with legal or regulatory obligations and, if necessary, protect the Data Controller's rights in or out of court.
5. Sending newsletters and informational communications: Send Users who have requested it periodic communications regarding the Data Controller's activities, initiatives, services, or events; this processing will only take place with specific consent, which can be revoked at any time, based on the specific information on the Site.

Any further processing (e.g. marketing or profiling activities) will be carried out only with the User's specific consent.

Method of treatment

Personal Data is processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and data minimization set forth in the Regulation.

The data is processed primarily using IT and electronic tools, with procedures and logic strictly related to the indicated purposes, and with the adoption of adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

The processing is carried out by the Data Controller's authorized personnel, trained pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulation and subject to confidentiality obligations, and, where necessary, using third-party IT and hosting service providers, security platforms, and content distribution providers, specifically appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation.

Legal basis - Consequences of refusal to provide data

• With regard to the purpose indicated in paragraph "Purpose of processing" no. 1, the legal basis for the processing is the need to follow up on your request to be contacted, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation.
• With regard to the purposes indicated in paragraphs 2 and 3 of "Purpose of processing", the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the Regulation.
• With regard to the purpose indicated in paragraph "Purpose of processing" no. 4, the legal basis for the processing is the fulfillment of a legal obligation of the Data Controller, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Regulation.
• With regard to the purpose indicated in paragraph "Purpose of processing" no. 5, the legal basis for the processing is the User's consent, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation.

Providing the requested data is necessary to process the requests received from the User. Otherwise, it will be impossible for the Company to process them.

Subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated

Your Personal Data may be shared, for the aforementioned purposes, with:

• persons authorized by the Company to process Personal Data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, who have undertaken to maintain confidentiality or have an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality (e.g., employees and system administrators), by written document pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulation;
• third parties potentially responsible for managing the Site who typically act as Data Processors (for a complete and updated list of Data Processors, please write to the Data Controller's contact details indicated below);
• subjects, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your Personal Data by virtue of legal provisions or orders of the authorities.

Without prejudice to the above, the Company does not disclose the Personal Data collected.

Transfer of personal data

Your Personal Data is processed and stored in Italy and within the European Union. Some technical data related to newsletter subscription may be transferred to countries outside the EU. In this case, the Company undertakes to adopt all the security measures and guarantees required by Article 46 et seq. of the GDPR.

Period of retention of personal data

The Data Controller will process the Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes in accordance with the law.
Users' personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, this retention period will comply with the provisions of applicable legislation.

Data voluntarily provided by the user for the provision of services by the Company will be retained for the period of time necessary to fulfill contractual and/or pre-contractual obligations established with the user. In any case, your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to perform the requested services and no longer than 10 (ten) years after the termination of any contractual relationship. In any case, further retention is possible within the legally required timeframes, including that set forth in Article 2946 of the Italian Civil Code. Your privacy rights pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation

Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, you have the right to request from the Data Controller, at any time, access to your Personal Data, its rectification or erasure, or to object to its processing. You have the right to request restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation. In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority), pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data violates applicable law.
