Derthona Basket alongside the 'Io Arrivo Prima' Association: the initiatives for the matches with Brescia and Napoli
Bertram Derthona's growth continues at a rapid pace both on and off the field, including through collaborations with associations and organizations to spread messages of solidarity. Today, Thursday, November 17 , is World Prematurity Day , and the Club has decided to join forces with the 'Io Arrivo Prima' association , which has been working for years to raise public awareness of this important and sensitive issue.
For the matches against Germani Brescia (Sunday, November 20th at 5:30 PM at the PalaLeonessa A2A in Brescia) and against GeVi Napoli (Sunday, November 27th at 4:00 PM at the PalaEnergica Paolo Ferraris), the Club has decided to team up with 'Io Arriva Prima': the first team players will wear the purple t-shirts symbolizing the initiative during their pre-match warm-up.
In addition to the Lions, Germani Brescia and Allianz Trieste also joined the awareness campaign on prematurity.
Furthermore, during the home match against Napoli, the association that supports parents of premature babies will be present at the Casale Monferrato sports hall with volunteers and a stand with informational materials to raise awareness on the issue.
