Bruno Mascolo engaged tonight in the opening ceremony of the 2019 Universiade
An exciting moment awaits the new Bertram Derthona player Bruno Mascolo: the point guard born in 96, involved with the National University team in the basketball tournament that will start tomorrow, will parade together with the Italian delegation in the opening ceremony of the thirtieth Summer Universiade scheduled for tonight at 21.00 pm at the San Paolo Stadium in Naples. The opening of this important event will be broadcast live on Rai 2.
Scheduled from today, Wednesday 3 July, to Sunday 14 July, the Universiade will see over eight thousand athletes from all over the world involved. The basketball tournament will be played from 4 to 11 July at the PalaBarbuto in Naples, the PalaDelMauro in Avellino, the PalaCercola in Cercola and the PalaJacazzi in Aversa. The national team coached by Andrea Paccariè was placed in Group D with Norway, Germany and Canada. Below is the complete calendar of the first phase of the Azzurri:
