Bertram Derthona returns to success in the BCL, at the end of a match led for large stretches and won in the final stages. After the favorable start in Igokea, the team coached by Ramondino progressively increased their score in the central partials, before suffering a draw from the Bosnians entering the last minute. Obasohan's clarity in the final possessions was then decisive for the victory.

First period of partials and partials in Laktasi: Igokea got off to a better start, reaching the double-digit margin (15-5) halfway through the fraction, then Bertram reacted with a maxi partial (0-16) which earned the advantage. In the final stages, the home team counter-overtakes: in the 10th minute the score is 22-21. In the second quarter the balance on the pitch remains: Derthona then tries to move forward, raising the intensity of their defense, thus generating baskets on the counterattack: at half-time Leoni ahead 36-44.

Upon returning from the changing rooms, the team coached by Ramondino immediately scored a break of 0-7 which earned them the maximum advantage (36-51). In the following moments, the Bianconeri resisted their opponents' attempts to come back and maintained the double-digit margin at the third buzzer (51-66). In the final period Igokea produced a great effort and reduced its gap action after action, until it reached 73 with 1 minute to go with Josilo's triple. Four straight points from Obasohan put two possessions back between the teams, Atic's free throw shortens the gap. Weems scores 0/2, Josilo's tying shot misses and Bertram wins 74-77.

Thus Thomas Baldasso at the end of the race: “For us it was important to return to winning ways after four consecutive defeats, to increase our confidence and confidence. We have to try to improve in the next games.".

Thus coach Marco Ramondino at the end of the race: “We must be happy to have returned to success. In recent weeks we have had roster changes, so we need to find a new identity and hierarchies. I think we played well for large stretches of the match and deserved to win, then we suffered a bit from Igokea's change of structure. In a sprint finish, we made the right plays offensively and defensively to win the game. I want to congratulate Igokea because they are doing excellent things in the ABA League and having qualified in such a tough group with teams like Murcia and Tofas was not a given. We are happy and motivated to participate in a competition with so many great teams, where the groups are very competitive”.
