Massimiliano Sanna hired
Derthona Basket announces the hiring of Massimiliano Sanna, coming from Poderosa Montegranaro. Small forward born in 1988, 195 centimeters tall, he can play both near and far from the basket. A native of Turin, he took his first steps in the youth sector of Biella, and then moved to Casale Monferrato, where he divided his time between his first experiences in the A2 series, the youth teams and the C series. Max then landed in the Marche region, in Fossombrone , competing in the DNA championship. After a season in Valenza he landed in Tuscany, where he spent five years dividing his time between Florence and Cecina. Last season he had a great year in Montegranaro in Serie B, reaching both the IG Basket Cup category finals played in Rimini last March and the Final Four for promotion to Serie A2 played a few weeks ago in Montecatini: during the last championship he averaged 11 points with 62% from two and 4 rebounds per game in the 43 played with the Poderosa shirt.
