The desire, also given the recent past, is to continue to have fun and try to remain, as a tangible and realistic objective, in the second Italian championship which would automatically pose further steps, see stadium capacity to name just one, to be overcome next summer .

Personally, I am very happy to be able to continue the work started last year and to have found this union of intent with the club long before the end of the regular season, a clear sign of planning and mutual respect. With Fassino and Picchi, together with the entire Board of Directors, the guidelines were drawn up to continue the consolidation, the key word of these months, on and off the pitch. The arrival of Valeriano D'Orta is certainly the most important news in corporate terms, while as regards the technical staff I hope to be able to continue with the same working group, excellent for its different professionalisms and with which it was established immediately. a great feeling.

The phrase "the market is always open" is one of the most inflated when it comes to players. Indeed, especially for scouting, the clubs with their respective technical staff never stop working on it even in apparently calm periods like this. We have currently drawn up a training program with the aim of closely observing the progress of the young players we followed during the championship only through statistics and videos. At the same time, the scouting of foreigners continues, both those who have already played in Europe and rookies leaving college even if, as historically happens in Italy, I don't think there will be any big news from overseas before July. As regards confirmations and new signings, although the championship ended rather early, it is rather premature to make predictions and hypotheses even if next week, on the occasion of the resumption of training, we have a meeting with the club on the agenda to discuss in this regard and start with the first and important choices.
