Virtus Segafredo Bologna will once again be Bertram Derthona's opponent in the playoff semi-final of the 2022/23 Unipolsai Serie A championship. With the victories in the quarter-finals against Dolomiti Energia Trentino and Happy Casa Brindisi respectively, the two teams return to face each other after a year in the challenge that is worth access to the Scudetto final.
