Important recognition for Bertram Yachts Derthona which, in the study carried out by IQUII Sport (https://sportthinking.it/2020/05/04/tblreport-analisi-social-stagione-2019-2020) was the fourth best team in the West Group for growth of its digital fanbase, in the period between 8 November 2019 (release day of the first #TBLReport of the season) and 30 April 2020.

A growth in the fan base which was equal to 9.5% during the period taken into consideration by the IQUII Sport study, which comments as follows:

ʺBertram Tortona, a club that has a well-structured communication strategy and which, for two years to date, has been describing and transmitting the values ​​of the club to its fans, consolidating its community and expanding it from month to month, placed fourth. The excellent work was worth an increase in the fan base of +9,5%ʺ.

There were several innovations, in terms of communication, that the Club wanted to propose to fans during this sporting season, starting with a constant and continuous relationship with its partners, through communication and video publication of the itinerant presentation events of the matches of the first team playing in Serie A2. An initiative that involved several of the company's commercial partners, who hosted players, athletes and managers weekly during the Serie A2 Old Wild West championship.

The partners of Bertram Yachts Derthona were also involved during events - advertised and broadcast on the company's channels - such as the B2B held on Tuesday 8 October 2019 at the Teatro Civico di Tortona, an occasion in which specific events were organized aimed at also creating opportunities for partners to get to know each other.

“Two other great innovations that characterized the 2019/20 year of the Bianconeri – explains General Manager Ferencz Bartocci – were the live streaming of the home matches of the Under 18 DNG, which had an average of over 1000 views and a peak of around 1700 on the occasion of the match against Armani Milan on 23 December 2019, and the TG Derthona, the of the Club's weekly information aimed at informing its fans on the events of the first team, the youth sector and the partners. A success resulting from a great collaboration of the youth club chaired by Andrea Ablatico, with the voices of Massimo Mattacheo, Alice Pedrazzi and Paolo Censurini with the indispensable contribution of Radio PNR".

Events such as the mini-basketball Christmas party, team photo day, Una notte da Leoncini, Derthona Christmas Gift&Go (the toys collected were then delivered to the Casa dei Bambini in Tortona and to the Cesare Arrigo Children's Hospital in Alessandria) and the flashmobs in Piazza Duomo drew attention to the world of the Club's youth and minibasketball sector activities, an inexhaustible source of ideas even in recent times. The #iorestoacasa, #24SecondsChallenge, Draw your Mr. Leo initiatives - the latest in chronological order broadcast on the company's digital channels - have been highly successful in terms of interactions on social media and enthusiasm from fans.

Bertram Yachts Derthona then focused heavily on the creation of short videos useful for covering the first team's activities at home and away (also thanks to the collaboration of Tuttosport, the media partner that covered the double away match in Sicily in February). In the last period, the videos of some former players of the past, published for the final phase of the contest Choose your Derthona quintet in Serie A2 have been successful and have made the fans relive the best emotions and memories of recent years.

All the activities connected to the partners in the last two months have been important in expanding the fan base: from the publication of the initiatives of each of them, to the Instagram live broadcasts, up to the creation of the Leoni Insieme section on the site www.derthonabasket.it.

Alongside all these initiatives, the company continued to promote - through dedicated graphics and photo galleries - the matches and weekly activities of the first team and youth sector throughout the entire sporting year, as well as relaunching the contents and interviews published from Il Piccolo Alessandria, the Club's media partner this season, and Tuttosport.

A digital communication that has tried to reach and involve different targets during the season and depending on the initiatives proposed, but which has always moved in the name of the identity that - as underlined by IQUII Sport - has distinguished Bertram Yachts Derthona for two years now .
