After the 82-74 success in the semifinal against Azimut Wealth Vado (Flueras 16 with 5 rebounds, Di Meo 13, Bresciani 17 with 3/5 three-pointers, Zampaloni 11 with 3/5 three-pointers, Bellinaso 20 with 6/8 two-pointers, 5/6 free throws, 7 rebounds and 5 assists), the Piedmontese team's run towards the title was stopped in the final by Gran Torino Draft. Despite a great start in the third period by coach Talpo's boys, who managed to almost completely reduce the gap. It was not enough to put the Turin team in difficulty, which maintained control of the match and won the final victory.
In the inter-regional phase, Vanni Talpo's team passes as Piemonte 2, thus being placed in Group B, where they will find Trento Basketball Eagle (1st place in Veneto/Trentino Alto Adige), UNAHOTELS Reggio Emiliaa (2nd place in Emilia Romagna), Varese basketball (4th in Lombardy), Moncalieri Basketball (5th of Piedmont) and of Reyer Venezia (5th in Veneto/Trentino Alto Adige). A mini-group of 6 teams that, over the distance of 10 days between first and second legs, will promote the first classified directly to the National Finals of the category, with the second and third who will have to go through the play-offs.
