Whistleblowing

Derthona Basket Ssrl  has implemented a reporting management system (so-called "Whistleblowing"), which involves the use of various communication channels aimed at guaranteeing maximum protection and confidentiality of both the whistleblowers and the report itself, in accordance with the Whistleblowing Procedure adopted and available for consultation to the following link.

In particular, Derthona Basket has established three different alternative channels for the transmission of reports:

• via email inbox derthonabasket@ultracert.it;
• by registered letter with return receipt with the indication “private and confidential” to be sent to the Company's headquarters, located in Corso Alessandria n. 1, 15057 Tortola (AL);
• through a direct meeting (by videoconference or telephone) with the member of the Company's Supervisory Body who carries out the role of Whistleblowing Manager, bound by confidentiality, to be requested via one of the two channels indicated above.

These channels allow all subjects envisaged by Legislative Decree 24/2023 (such as, for example: employees, collaborators, suppliers, subjects with representation, management and supervisory functions of the Company, volunteers, interns and any other subject who has had or intends to have relations with the Company) to report, even anonymously, violations, presumed or known, relating to behaviors that constitute crimes envisaged by Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the Organisation, Management and Control Model and of the Code Ethics adopted by the Company pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 as well as any internal legislation adopted or implemented by the Company or offenses that fall within the scope of application of the European or national legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 24/2023.
