Derthona Basket: the new Board of Directors
Derthona Basket announces that the Members' Assembly has appointed the new one Board of Directors of the Company which will remain in office until 30 June 2026. The new Board will be composed of Marco Picchi, confirmed in the role of President, by Ferencz Bartocci, confirmed in the role of CEO, by Roberto Tava e Stefano Orsi Carbone, confirmed in the role of Vice Presidents, and by the councilors Benjamin Gavio e Alberto Pernigotti.
Furthermore, the Board of Statutory Auditors in the figures of Giovanni Denicolò, Pier Marco Falabrino and Pier Vittorio Cairo.
The Company thanks the outgoing directors Pia Camagna, Cristina Montagnoli, Walter Simonelli, Mario Galvani and Alessandro Pirulli for their precious collaboration in the years of mandate which coincided with the Club's first seasons in Serie A.
The lawyer Alessandro Pirulli has been appointed Administrative Manager.

We are about to enter our new home, a magical place that we want to fill with enthusiasm, participation and memorable moments to experience together with our fans. The whole Derthona world, and I first of all, are focused on the challenges that await us on and off the pitch: we want to experience them with all the commitment and dedication possible.".
CEO Ferencz Bartocci stated: “Thanks truly to the owners represented on the board of directors of Doctor Beniamino Gavio, to all the partners and advisors, for the renewed trust and the possibility of being able to continue the incessant work behind the scenes together with a group of people that is growing together with the Club. Being able to work while having the time to plan represents a further opportunity for growth which can lead the Club to be an all-round sports organization model, where in addition to the exploits of the athletes there are many moments dedicated to social issues, especially from a Citadel of Sport.
