Medical bulletin: Riccardo Tavernelli and Lorenzo D'Ercole
Derthona Basket announces that the recovery program of the athlete Riccardo Tavernelli, agreed with the Club's medical staff, continues within the established timeframe. His clinical condition is improving and it will soon be possible to establish the timing of his return to the group.
The Club also announces that the athlete Lorenzo D'Ercole, due to the problem suffered during last Sunday's match against Napoli, was subjected to an instrumental examination, carried out by Prof. D'Antona, at the Sports Medicine Center of Voghera of the University of Pavia.
The examination revealed a muscle strain in the femoral biceps of the left thigh. D'Ercole is followed by the club's medical staff, who will monitor his situation on a daily basis in order to allow him to return to the field as quickly as possible.
