Towards Bertram Derthona-Dolomiti Energia Trentino: the words of coach Ramondino
On the eve of the quarter-finals of the Frecciarossa Final Eight 2023 for Bertram Derthona, who will compete against Dolomiti Energia Trentino in the match scheduled at the Pala Alpitour in Turin tomorrow, Thursday 16 February , at 20.45 pm.
As usual, coach Marco Ramondino introduced the tournament and the team's goals : "Milan and Bologna are the tournament favorites, as I believe is natural and right, as they started the season with this objective, are equipped to achieve it, and have proven their strength in the first half of the season. However, we must consider that one-off matches on neutral grounds historically hold surprises, and predictions almost never come true. We will have to try to be ourselves and play with character and our identity, proudly bringing our style to a competition that has a different flow than the league . "
Regarding Trento's characteristics, the Juventus head coach added: "We're facing a team that has grown significantly in recent months and boasts a very strong defensive identity. In this respect, they're the team that most closely resembles Milan in our league in terms of their defense. The roster features players with toughness, physicality, and size in all positions, so it will be difficult to be fluid when playing against them . "
Bertram Derthona communicates that the athletes Demonte Harper and JP Macura have been recovered and available to coach Marco Ramondino for tomorrow's match.
