Derthona Basket is happy to announce that it has reached agreements with Davide Reati and Sebastiano Bianchi, the first pieces for the 2015/2016 season.
DAVIDE RETI
Today Davide Reati came to Tortona to meet and get to know the CEO of Derthona Basket and to carry out the ritual medical examinations.
Born in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) on 16 September, he is a 193cm shooting guard.
He played for a long time in Treviglio before moving to Varese, in Serie A, playing the 2011-2012 seasons. In 2013/2014 he moved to Tezenis Verona in Gold where he played two seasons and was mainly used as a sixth man. Last season he averaged 7.4 points in about 23 minutes of use with 48% two-pointers and 34% three-pointers after being the fourth gold three-point shooter in the 2013/2014 season with 46,5%.
Sebastiano Bianchi came to Tortona to meet and get to know the CEO of Derthona Basket and to carry out the ritual medical examinations.
SEBASTIANO BIANCHI
Born in Omegna (VB) on 22 September 1992, he is a 195cm winger. Vertical player capable of attacking the rim and possibly playing with his back to the basket.
Raised basketball between Varese and Bergamo, at the court of coach Albanesi in San Giorgio (Dnb), where he stands out as one of the best young players in the entire championship with 11 points on average per game), deserving the call from Omegna. An injury forced him to end his first season in Silver prematurely... Last season he played for Cento in Serie B with absolutely respectable numbers: 13.7 points
(became over 18 in the playoffs) in 30 minutes of use with 59% from two and over 6 rebounds.

SEBASTIANO BIANCHI: Sebastiano also says he chose Tortona on the basis of an interesting and futuristic project. “I spoke with Cavina and I immediately understood that choosing this team was the right opportunity to return to a higher category after Omegna's injury which had somewhat blocked my growth as a player. Here I will have the opportunity to have space and start again in a young company but eager to do well."
