Derthona-Viola Reggio Calabria 62-77: the news

The Lions maintain the advantage, but Viola are in the game (11-10 for Derthona) although Radic has already committed two fouls and Paternoster introduces Lupusor. The third period begins and Legion gets back to work with a stop and shot, Derthona struggles to find good spacing. Cosey's triple is a breath of fresh air, Radic scores the 47-38 with a half hook. Reati's bomb in the middle of the period puts the Lions back down by four points. The Juventus defense is starting to pick up, but the percentages in attack are low (25% from long range, 32 rebounds for Reggio Calabria against 21 for Derthona). Radic scores with a post move and Viola leads 54-47 at the siren.
Captain Garri tries to give a shock at the beginning of the fourth period and with a three-point play brings the locals back by 4 points. But Reggio Calabria controls the match and at 7'22' Legion scores and Viola remains 10 points ahead (63-53).
