Cavina: “With Barcelona we have to start with great intensity”
After morning training in Tortona, this afternoon Derthona left for the away match that they will face tomorrow in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto at 21pm against La Briosa Barcellona. Coach Demis Cavia comments on this match valid for the 21st matchday: “It's a very delicate away match. We carefully reviewed the first leg which reminded us of the quality of Barcelona not only in the two Americans but also in the solidity of the group of Italians and the fighting spirit with which they face every match despite the ranking position. We will have to try to be continuous over the 40 minutes, starting with a different intensity than the match against Latina."
Notes: Iannilli started racing yesterday, but still remains stationary. While Brooks will leave with his teammates even though he is recovering from the flu which had already limited him on Sunday.
