Francesco Quaglia arrives under the basket
Derthona Basket announces the hiring of Francesco Quaglia for the 2017/18 season. Born in Florence on 18 November 1988, 2.07 centimeters long, he comes from Pallacanestro Cantù, with whom he played in Serie A last season. The future "Leone" is a product of the youth sector of Virtus Bologna, the club with which he made his debut in the Fiba Europe Cup in 2006/07. Subsequently he wore the shirts of Modena, Castelletto Ticino, Fortitudo Bologna and Cisa Massafra, between B1 and Serie A Dilettanti. In 2012 he moved to Viola Reggio Calabria, in A Dilettanti, Osimo and Fortitudo Bologna (A2), with an interlude in Serie A with the Sutor Montegranaro shirt. In the last two seasons he has worn the prestigious shirts of Fortitudo Bologna and Cantù. He will wear the number 14 jersey.
