Thanks Jamarr
The free throws, on the evening of June 29, 2021, in Game 5 in Turin, which made the Serie A dream a reality. The decisive basket in Game 5 of the quarterfinals against Ravenna and the steal in the final seconds of Game 4 of the semifinals against Eurobasket Roma that sent Bertram Derthona to play for the promotion final against Reale Mutua Torino. Three moments that symbolize two and a half years, those spent by Jamarr Sanders in the black and white jersey, full of exhilarating moments.
From his debut, as an absolute protagonist, in the derby against Novipiù Casale, to his leadership in important matches, Jamarr has left an indelible mark on the growth of the Club in recent seasons.
Sanders wore Bertram Derthona's number 22 jersey on 98 occasions across all the competitions in which the team took part, contributing - in addition to winning promotion to Serie A - also to the Italian Cup final, to fourth place in the regular season and to the reaching the playoff semi-final.
Achievements that further embellish the bond with a player who will always be remembered in the memory of the Tortona fans. The club thanks him and wishes Jamarr the best of luck in his professional career.
