Home debut against Vanoli Cremona. Bertram's Serie A Unipol 2024-25 calendar has been revealed
Bertram Derthona will make their debut in the 2024-25 Serie A Unipol championship at home against Vanoli Cremona . Their first official match of the new season is set for September 29th at the PalaEnergica Paolo Ferraris in Casale Monferrato , while their first away match will be the following week against another Lombard team, Openjobmetis Varese . These are the first two regular-season matches for the team coached by Walter De Raffaele in the Bianconeri club's fourth Serie A season.
Today, Monday, July 29, the LBA announced the dates for the 2024-25 regular season, which confirms the asymmetrical progression between the first and second rounds, making the season even more interesting and compelling for the 16 teams competing in the national top division.
A championship to be experienced with great passion, starting with the big matches against the playoff finalists of the last four seasons: the Italian champions EA7 Emporio Armani Milano (away on December 1st for the ninth round, the return at home on April 27th for the third-to-last round) and Virtus Segafredo Bologna , the opponent we have faced by far the most in our Serie A history (again, away on October 20th for the fourth round, the return on home soil in the nineteenth round scheduled for February 9th).
Also of great interest are the matches against Umana Reyer Venezia (the first match will be at home in mid-December, the second in Venice at the end of March), UnaHotels Reggio Emilia (the first leg in Emilia on November 10th, the return leg in Piedmont on January 26th), and Germani Brescia (the first leg at home in mid-November, with the match in Brescia opening the second half of the season). The regular season will conclude on May 11th on the hardwood in Cremona, where the Lions' tournament will begin and end.
It is worth noting the return of the double FIBA break for the national teams , after the single one last season: from November 18 to 26, 2024 and from February 17 to 25, 2025, the latter after the Final Eight of the Italian Cup scheduled for February 12 to 16.
