Vote for the Best All-Time Quintet of Derthona Basket in Serie A2
An exponential growth in the last decade, which led Bertram Yachts Derthona to dispute - in the 2019/20 year - the sixth consecutive Serie A2 championship (including the first year, in A2 Silver) and to win two prestigious trophies over the course of the years: first the Italian Category Cup, won in Jesi in March 2018 by beating Ravenna in the final, and then the LNP 2019 Old Wild West Super Cup last September, following the success against Reale Mutua Torino (84-81) in the final played at the PalaLido Allianz Cloud in Milan.
A growth made possible by the deeds of many players, who over the years have proudly worn the black and white jersey and fueled that inexhaustible fire of passion that has led the Club to establish itself as one of the most solid on the entire national scene. Athletes who have warmed the hearts of the supporters with their determination and fighting spirit, who have thrilled with their talented plays or who have linked their name to the city of Tortona and Derthona Basket, obtaining successes that will remain forever engraved in the memory of fans, enthusiasts and professionals.
For this reason, today, the club invites its sixth man, the fans, who have always been close to the exploits of the Bianconeri, to be protagonists again and to take to the field to elect the Best All-Time Quintet of the six Serie A2 Old Wild West championships so far played by the Lions. It will be possible to vote for your favorites in the dedicated sections of the Club's official website www.derthonabasket.it and on the Derthona Basket App.
The players will be divided by position, in order to form a homogeneous quintet of those who have remained in the hearts of the fans the most: we will start tomorrow morning with the opening of the polls. Just one click is enough to choose your favorite athlete, all together you can decree the Best Quintet in Juventus history in A2.
The survey will be divided into two distinct phases: in the first it will be possible to vote for all the players who have worn the black and white jersey in these six seasons, while in the second - subsequent one - the three athletes per position who have received the most preferences will compete for a place in the Best Quintet of the history of the Lions in Serie A2 Old Wild West.
