Towards Virtus Segafredo Bologna-Bertram Derthona: the words of coach Walter De Raffaele
Bertram Derthona is on the eve of the playoff quarterfinals, as they prepare to face Virtus Segafredo Bologna : game 1 is scheduled for tomorrow at 8:45 pm, while game 2 will be on Monday, May 13th at 8:00 pm. Both matches will be played at the Segafredo Arena.
Coach Walter De Raffaele introduced the series Derthona is facing : “We're approaching this series with the spirit of those who have achieved the feat of remaining in the top eight, among the league's elite. This is a result that was difficult to achieve midway through the season. We know we're competing against one of the best teams in Europe, which played a great EuroLeague and finished first in the regular season. We're aware of all the difficulties this challenge will face, having already faced them in Casale, but at the same time we must have the spirit and desire to compete against the best players, a great club, and a great staff. We want to play these games trying to win a game, knowing we're facing a truly great team . ”
