Towards Vanoli Cremona-Bertram Derthona: the words of coach Ramondino and Jalen Cannon

Vanoli then changed shape in the last match, with a setup with two setters and two shooters like Tinkle and Kohs who open the court more. Cournooh, Spagnolo, Juskevicius and Poeta are their game creators, good at playing 1vs1 and pick'n'roll, then on the roster there are players like Kohs, who is a reliable shooter from outside who can create problems for defenses. So our focus will be on Cremona's way of playing and on being ready to contain players capable of going beyond what was expected and studied in the preparation phase for the match.".
The head coach then focused on the team's moment and Fridriksson's first days and training sessions in Tortona: “All the players are available for the match, we must remain focused on one match at a time, dedicating all possible energy to it. The history of our season says that results are linked to performances, so in Cremona we will have to try to play with liveliness, good rhythm and everyone's involvement to put ourselves in a position to win. Fridriksson is a play-guard who is not of great physical size but of creativity, who has always made steps forward over the years over the course of his career. He questioned himself again by accepting our proposal for the season finale after having started the season in Belgium, also playing the FIBA Europe Cup. At the moment, however, I don't feel like making predictions on the times and methods of its use, after the few training sessions carried out so far with the team".

It was alongside coach Ramondino who presented tomorrow's challenge Jalen Cannon, who analyzed the team's form: “We are in a complex moment from a physical and mental point of view, but we are working to return to being the team we have been throughout the season. We have to think about one training session and one match at a time, without looking too far ahead. In this way we will be able to achieve our goals because we are a good team, we have an excellent technical staff and we believe in what we do.".
The American player then concluded by talking about the characteristics of Bertram's next opponents: “Cremona has changed compared to the first leg, both due to injuries suffered by some of its players and the changes to the roster. This is a team that plays very well, with a high rate and number of possessions, with energy, attacking the rim and making use of shots from outside.".
