Vanni Talpo new Technical Manager of the youth sector of Derthona Basket
Il Derthona Basketball Lab communicates that an agreement has been reached with Vanni Talpo, who will hold the position of Technical Manager of the Youth Sector of the Derthona Basketball.
These words Andrea Ablatico, manager responsible for the youth sector: “In our role of managing the youth sector, both Claudio Coffano and I are proud to be able to work side by side with Vanni, a man who boasts very high-level experience and is still involved in the national team sector. Vanni is above all one of us, and I am sure that he can't wait to make his skills available for the development at the highest levels of the boys we have and will have at our disposal.”
The coach's thoughts Vanni Talpo: "I am very excited to finally be able to take on this role and for this reason I would like to thank Derthona Basket for the opportunity. My intention is to bring together with all the Technical, Physical and Health Staff new ideas that can still give continuity to the work done, in particular in the figures of Luca Ansaloni and Enrico Rocco who in recent past seasons, hand in hand with the growth of the First Team, have been able to bring Derthona Lab to the highest national levels, offering great visibility to the Company and even more importantly to the boys who have worn this jersey. My hope, and for this I thank Andrea Ablatico and Claudio Coffano who have supported my every wish, will be to broaden the perspective on the entire youth sector 360 degrees, trying to be able to give the best current prospects and that we hope to have with us soon, on a multi-year project, the possibility of fulfilling every sporting expectation. Personally I know the feeling that comes from stepping on the parquet with our first team and for this reason we will work every day with this objective, because no result at youth level can give us the same emotion in seeing one of our boys do the same thing one day.”
