Orsi Derthona wins the final of the “Giusti Wine” tournament, the final event of the Cortina Basket Week, coming from behind to beat the “hosts” of Universo Treviso Basket 66-69 and tomorrow at 18.15pm they will meet Segafredo Virtus Bologna, who were also winners 78-68 over Tezenis Verona, in the final for 1st place. Previously, at 16.00 pm, Universo Treviso Basket and Tezenis Verona will cross arms in a Venetian derby that will give away the third step of the podium.
In the evocative setting of the Olympic Ice Stadium, the Lions gave proof of their character by overcoming the break made in the second half of the match with a series of three consecutive long-range baskets from De' Longhi between 15' and 20', for the 33-25 at the break.
