Defeat for Bertram Derthona in the last match of 2019: without Pullazi, but with the returning Tavernelli, the team coached by Ramondino suffered the opponents' initiatives right from the start of the game and fell 89-65. Balanced start to the match between the two teams: it is with a basket from Martini, in the 3rd minute, that Bertram unlocks their score. In the following minutes, Bergamo imposes its own pace on the match, finding good team solutions in attack and doubling the opponents at 16-8 in the 6th minute. Despite the time-out requested by coach Ramondino, Derthona continues to suffer the initiatives of the Lombards, who find the maximum advantage at +15 (25-10) thanks to two free throws by Allodi; the first half ends at 29-16 for the home team. Even in the second period the team coached by Calvani found effective solutions in attack and widened their gap up to +15 (38-23) in the 15th minute. In the last minutes of the first half, Bergamo extends further and closes with a 55-32 lead. Upon returning from the locker room, Carroll's baskets, combined with counterattack goals, gave Bergamo a further boost, reaching +28 (67-39) in the 26th minute, before ending the period ahead 67-42. In the final period Bertram tries to react by increasing the intensity of its defense and finding some baskets on the counterattack, but the hosts maintain control of the inertia of the match and prevail 89-65 at the siren.
