A Lion returns home: welcome back Kenneth Viglianisi
Bertram Derthona announces that he has reached an agreement with the player Kenneth Viglianisi, a guard/winger born in 92 who returned from his experience in Germany at the Mitteldeutscher Basketball Club. For Kenneth it is a return to Tortona after having won the Serie B as a protagonist in the season 2013/14.
Born in Scilla to a German mother and an Italian father and in possession of dual citizenship, the athlete took his first steps in the youth sector of Viola Reggio Calabria, before moving to Reggio Emilia where in 2011/12 he was an integral part of the roster of the Under team 19 as well as making his debut in the first team in a year that ended with the conquest of the Legadue championship and the promotion of the Emilian team to Serie A. The following year he moved to Turin where he achieved promotion again, on this occasion from A Dilettanti to Serie A2.
In the 2013/14 season, after starting in Turin, he moved, as mentioned, after the season began on loan to Tortona, in Serie B where he was the great protagonist of the triumphal ride of the team coached by coach Antonello Arioli, who won promotion to Serie A2.In the summer Kenneth returns to Turin: on this occasion too the year ends with the championship victory and Turin's return to Serie A. Viglianisi contributes to the success with 1.4 points on average, shooting 42% from three points and 90% to free.
In the summer of 2015 he moved to Pallacanestro Trapani, where he was a teammate of Gabriele Ganeto. In the three years in Sicily Kenneth was among the protagonists of the results obtained by the team. In the summer he moved to Germany, to Mitteldeutscher: now for him the return to Tortona, this time with Bertram.

His arrival makes our team more complete and versatile, as I am convinced that he is an athlete capable of acting in three if not four different roles: this allows us to continue to explore quintets with four players capable of handling the ball .
