Towards Allianz Pallacanestro Trieste-Bertram Derthona: coach Ramondino's statements

Championship eve for Bertram Derthona, awaiting the match against Allianz Trieste scheduled for tomorrow,Saturday October 22, 20.30 hours atAllianz Dome of Trieste. Presenting the match was, as usual, coach Marco Ramondino, who analyzed the general condition of the team and the weekly work: “The week took place along the lines of the previous ones, with alternating problems. However, the group works seriously, even if we are already in a management phase that we didn't think we would have so early in the season. During training we work on two levels: trying to improve the quality of the game and improving the rhythm and intensity. The coaching staff is doing a great job on the details, also with individual players and with the help of the video, to put things right. The first three matches told us that all the players were able to make an important contribution; I hope to continue to see the character and determination that the players have had in the first three outings.".

Moving on to the analysis of the next opponents, the Juventus head coach described Trieste's qualities as follows: “We face a team that at the beginning of the season faced Pesaro, Virtus Bologna and Venezia, three high-level teams in our championship. During every single match he didn't have the continuity necessary to bring home success but he showed important flashes and gusts. The ability to light up Davis, Gaines and Bartley, their American wingers, is an important characteristic of theirs.".

Bertram Derthona communicates that Ariel Filloy and Niccolò Filoni have resolved their respective problems which made them unavailable for last Saturday's match against Pesaro and have worked regularly with the team. Luca Severini was reinserted into the group yesterday. All three athletes will be available to coach Ramondino for the upcoming trip to Trieste.
