On January 22nd the first meeting on the Women's Defense Course against Aggression and Bullying promoted by BCC Derthona
Bcc Derthona Basket, leader of the SEED project (Sport Ethical Education Entertainment), organizes within the Play District – Community Civic Spaces call promoted by Sport and Health and the Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service, the Women's Defense Course Against Aggression and BullyingThe course, sponsored by the Municipality of Tortona, will take place in the Facility of the Cittadella dello Sport “Marcellino e Pietro Gavio” of the Tortona city and will be divided into three lessons, scheduled for January 22 and 29 and February 5 from 20 to 22 pm.
The meetings are free to attend and are open to all interested parties aged 14 and over.
The lessons will be led by M° Fabrizio Dellachà of Derthona Combat and psychologist Dr. Cristina Pirulli, who will address issues related to fear management and the difference between fear and anxiety.
