Derthona Basket announces that, following the muscle strain that forced him to miss the game on Sunday, December 13th against Treviglio, athlete Riccardo Tavernelli underwent an instrumental examination yesterday – Monday, December 14th – which revealed a first-degree tear to the medial gemellus of his left leg.
The player has already begun treatment aimed at functional recovery shared by the club's physical and medical staff and will undergo further tests over the next week.
