The Bianconeri Aquilotti on stage at the XXIV edition of the “Vivi il Playground” Tournament
Important appointment for the Aquilotti team of Bertram Yachts Derthona, which from Friday 29 May to Monday 1 June will be involved in the XXIV edition of the important "Vivi il Playground" tournament organized by PMS Basketball.
For the young Leoncini students it will be an opportunity to compete against some of the best teams on the regional and national mini-basketball scene: the game theater will not be the parquet, due to the COVID-19 health emergency, but the PMS Basket Facebook page.
The sixteen participating teams will be divided into four groups of four teams each, and during the first phase each participating team will be guaranteed to play at least three matches. The challenges will take place through "likes" of the posts published daily on the PMS Facebook page. The team that receives the most likes in each match will win two points, one point in case of an equal number of likes, zero points in case of defeat in the individual matches.
Monday 1 June, the final day of the tournament, will be the day dedicated to the finals to assign the final positions to each individual team that took part in the event.
In parallel with the team competitions, the contest to elect the MVP of the tournament will take place: each team, in fact, has the task of identifying its own player who - in a short video - will have to make a spectacular play. The videos will then be uploaded to the PMS Instagram page and will be rated with a rating of 1 to 5 points based on the satisfaction of each individual fan who interacts and decides to express their preference.
The two most voted plays will compete for the title of MVP in the contest final, scheduled for Monday 1 June.
