The pink overshirt dedicated to Tortona, the stage city of the Centenary Giro d'Italia, has been revealed


The special overshirt that Derthona dedicated to the Centenary Giro d'Italia was revealed on Wednesday, which will see the pink caravan arrive in Tortona on May 19th, 28 years after the last time, and depart from Castellania, a town Christmas of the Champion Fausto Coppi, the following day. For the occasion, the team, technical staff and a representative of the management of the first team went up to the Mausoleum dedicated to the Champion and his brother Serse, in Castellania, where, in the presence of the sports councilor of the Municipality of Tortona, Vittoria Colacino and of the Mayor of Castellania, Sergio Vallenzona, the pink overshirt was presented. The Lions will take it onto the field on Saturday evening, in the match that will be played at PalaOltrePo' at 20.30 pm against Remer Treviglio and which, in addition to the sporting union, will establish a further link between the hundredth Giro d'Italia and the hundredth match in Serie A2 of the history of Derthona.
