All the economic indicators are growing strongly for the Mantua employment agency and the turnover soars above 200 million.

There could not have been a better way to celebrate the first 10 years of Staff Spa's history. In recent weeks, the financial statements have been approved which formally certify an impressive growth in the company's turnover, which flanks and far exceeds the economic trend to the upside, to all intents and purposes post-pandemic, of our country.

The turnover recorded in 2021 was more than 202 million euros, with an impressive increase, beyond forecasts, of 36% compared to the previous year, forcibly slowed down by the repeated lockdowns imposed by Covid-19. Hand in hand with the turnover, all the other indicators were positive and growing strongly: the Ebitda, equal to 8 million euros, recorded a growth of 40%, as did the net profit, set at 5,2 million euros, up even more than 50% compared to the previous year.

There is great satisfaction in the Staff headquarters, a satisfaction that also shines through in the words of its President and CEO Michele Borghi: “These are results that fill us with pride and that encourage us to continue on the path we have undertaken.

We are now firmly the twelfth Italian employment agency by size among the over 120 present on the national territory. The numbers tell us that we are going in the right direction, the satisfaction of our client companies and our workers is tangible and supported once again by the numbers: over 2.500 companies have trusted us, employing an average of 8.000 temporary workers per month".

Numbers which, once again, have allowed Staff to receive the "Champion of Growth 2022" award.

In addition to the parent company, all the other subsidiaries have also recorded significant growth, companies which, in parallel with the core business of administration, cover all areas of human resources management: personnel search and selection, head hunting, training, active employment policies and corporate welfare. One of them, Staff Welfare, represents a virtuous example: it is the Group company that today, through an exclusive proprietary platform, provides welfare services to more than 10.000 users who use the dedicated portal, belonging to over 250 client companies who have been able to register positive effects in terms of productivity, climate and working environment, employee loyalty and ability to attract talent, increase in perceived value and reputation of the company itself.

An excellence that has led Staff Spa to receive the prestigious "Welfare Champion 2021" award for the third consecutive year. Staff has always been convinced that personal and economic growth comes from worker training. In fact, even in 2021, Staff continued its path dedicated to training with even greater commitment: over 4.500 students were trained through almost 380 courses which accumulated over 22.800 hours of training in total.

In continuity with the results obtained last year, the first quarter of 2022 closed with a further growth of 18% compared to the same period of 2021.
