Satisfaction at Derthona: Bruno Mascolo called up to the national team
The first time a Derthona player plays in the national team: Bruno Mascolo he was in fact selected by coach Meo Sacchetti among the 16 players who will take part in the qualifying window FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023.
There are two matches awaiting the Azzurri in the month of November: Friday 26 November at 17.00pm in St. Petersburg against Russia and Monday 29 November at 20.30pm at the Assago Forum against the Netherlands.
The national team will meet on Monday 22 November at the CPO Acqua Acetosa in Rome, where they will train before leaving for Russia, scheduled for Wednesday 24 November. The team will then return to Italy to prepare for the second match of the qualifying window.
