Partial resumption of the youth championships in Piedmont: our Eccellenza teams will be back on the field from next weekend
Almost exactly one month after the latest releases, the youth sector of Bertram Yachts Derthona Basket he can return to playing championship matches. With a resolution of the regional council, FIP Piemonte today authorized the partial resumption of the regional championships starting from Friday 21 January, after the recent suspension of competitions which had been going on since January 6th due to the pandemic situation after the break for the Christmas holidays. Thus, the green light is given to the youth championships U19, U17 e U15 Excellence, all tournaments featuring black and white teams. The remaining youth competitions remain suspended until January 27th included, so the Derthona U19 Silver, U16 Gold, U14 Gold and U13 Silver teams will still have to remain in the pits.
TWO CHALLENGES TO START AGAIN As a result of the resolution, next weekend there will be two matches featuring Bertram. The solitary league leaders will begin U17 Excellence, busy Saturday in the big home match at PalaCamagna 18 hours against Basketball I go (live on Facebook on the Derthona Basketball Lab page), the second strength of Group A in the Ligurian-Piedmont area, which reserves the last two rounds for the boys coached by Luca Ansaloni before the end of the first phase. MINIBASKETBALL The younger ones, on the other hand, will have to wait a few more weeks for the tournaments to resume. The start of the second phase of the Minibasket trophies is postponed to second week of February.
