Appeal against the disqualification of PalaOltrepò
Derthona Basket, having taken note of the provision of the Sports Judge regarding the disqualification of Palaoltrepo for one day following the match of last November 20th, announces that it has mandated the lawyer Giovanni Allegro to proceed with the presentation of the appeal in ordinary form with the justice bodies of the Italian Basketball Federation.
The Company, having examined the videos relating to the final, excited minutes of the match, believes that there are no conditions for a sanction of this magnitude which would jeopardize the possibility of playing the next championship match scheduled for 8 December next with open doors.
At the same time, the Company intends to continue with conviction in its activity of raising awareness among the public so that the matches always take place in a passionate, participatory but respectful atmosphere of all the protagonists, on and off the pitch as has always happened in recent years of activity.
