Quirino De Laurentiis is a new player for Bertram Derthona
Bertram Derthona is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Quirino De Laurentiis, player born in '92 in the last two seasons at Pallacanestro Forlì 2015.
CAREER – Born in Guardiagrele (CH) ON 30/10/1992, De Laurentiis grew up in the youth sector of ASD Basket Chieti before moving to Castelfiorentino in DNB in the 2011/12 season. With the Tuscan team's shirt he produces 6.9 points and 4.7 rebounds on average in 16 minutes of average usage. In the summer of 2012 the winger/centre moved to Agrigento, where he remained for the next five seasons.
With the shirt of the Sicilian team he came close to promotion to Serie A in the 2014/15 season, when Agrigento reached the Serie A2 Gold final, losing 3-2 against Manital Torino. The following year he contributed to the team coached by coach Franco Ciani reaching the playoffs: after having passed the first round by beating Mantua 3-1, Agrigento surrendered 3-0 to Fortitudo Bologna - then defeated by Brescia in the playoff final - at quarter finals.
De Laurentiis also reached the playoffs with Fortitudo in the 2016/17 season, which ended with a 3-1 defeat against Fortitudo Bologna in the round of 2017 of the playoffs. Quirino then moved to the East Group in Forlì, where he remained for the last two years, in 18/2018: in the first year the team achieved salvation, while in the 19/3 season they qualified for the playoffs, exiting in the round of 2 later to the XNUMX-XNUMX defeat in the series against Rieti.
