After a brief adventure in Greece, at Drama, Jamarr played for the Austin Toros, the NBDL franchise associated with the San Antonio Spurs, from 2011 to 2013, averaging double figures. He then moved to Italy, to Veroli, in 2013/14, to the court of the team coached by Marco Ramondino and of which Ferencz Bartocci is General Manager: Sanders finds them both in Tortona, as well as Andrea Casella of whom he was teammate in that occasion. In the 2016/17 season he was in Germany, at Telekom Bonn, a team with which he played in the FIBA Europe Cup and the championship, reaching the playoffs where they were eliminated 3-1 by Bamberg, then champions.
The following year he returned to Italy by signing with Novipiù Casale Monferrato and thus finding coach Marco Ramondino: Sanders established himself as a key player in the team by offering a total performance on both sides of the pitch and producing 16.1 points, 6 rebounds and 4.6 assists. average shooting 52% from two points, 41% from three points and 79% from the free throw line. In that year Novipiù was the protagonist of a high-level championship from the first days, leading the West Group standings from start to finish and earning the right to be seeded, together with Trieste, in the playoff draw. The team coached by Ramondino reached the playoff final, following the great 3-1 success over Fortitudo Bologna in the semi-final, losing 3-0 at the hands of Trieste (which achieved promotion to Serie A).
In 2018/19 Jamarr moved to the team coached by Dalmasson, returning to Serie A again and contributing to reaching the playoffs which ended with elimination at the hands of Cremona in the quarter-finals. After starting the 2019/20 season in Turkey, at Gaziantep, Sanders now arrives at Bertram Yachts Derthona to start a new chapter in his career.
