The Consorzio Stabile Faro was established in 2001 by the current majority shareholder Piazzi Roberto. It implements its transformation from a limited liability company to a stable consortium in 2019, in order to give a more efficient response to different market needs. The administrative and legal headquarters are in Argenta (FE), while the operational unit, which is spread over a total area of 10.000 m², of which 1.400 m² are covered for the maintenance and construction of winter equipment, and the remaining 8.600 m² of outdoor area used for storing materials and equipment, is based in San Biagio di Argenta (FE).
Faro deals with the professional management of winter snow clearing and chloride spreading contracts in the motorway and airport sectors; It is still a contractor of service contracts for the most important Italian motorway and airport concessionaires.
With a view to developing know-how acquired over time, the Consortium also carries out the following activities through its members:
– Maintenance of winter snow clearing equipment;
– Construction of particular winter equipment (attachments, ballasts, platforms, etc.);
– Maintenance of heavy vehicles over 7,5 tons capacity;
– Management of administrative practices relating to the transformation of operating machines.
