New corporate structure
Yesterday the new corporate structure was formalized.
The old amateur sports club was transformed into an LLC to fulfill federal obligations.
The founding members are Luigino Fassino, Marco Picchi, Roberto Tava, Stefano Orsi Carbone, Pia Camagna and Andrea Ablatico.
At the same meeting, the confirmation of Roberto Tava as President, Stefano Orsi Carbone as Vice President and Luigino Fassino as CEO was formalized.
