Tuesday 28 May Matilde Castagna played her last match at PalaCamagna with Bertram Derthona's youth sector
It was a special match played by the Juventus Under14 Elite last Tuesday. In fact, it was the last youth sector match at the PalaCamagna with the black and white shirt for Matilde Castagna, captain of the team coached by Massimo Bisin. Visibly emotional, Matilde led the team with brilliant direction and a nice contribution that allowed the team to win 55-36, in front of a decidedly crowded crowd.

Matilde's exit from the Juventus youth sector is physiological: having reached the age limit, Matilde will have to compete exclusively in the women's category. For this reason, his teammates and the technical staff displayed the banner "You will always be our captain" at the end of the match, celebrated by many hugs and some, understandable, particularly clear eyes on the pitch and in the stands.
The championship of Matilde and the Under14 Elite will end on Saturday 1 June at 17.15 pm on the Tam Torino pitch, a match valid for the second leg of the challenge for 9th place, where the Lions 
they will have to defend the 19 points accumulated in the first leg.
This is the opportunity to wish Matilde good luck for the continuation of her basketball adventure, which we will follow with particular affection and consideration.
