First defeat of the season for Bertram Derthona Tortona, who in the third day of Serie A Unipol falls 89-75 under the blows and enthusiasm of Aquila Basket Trento at the BTS Arena.
In the post-match press conference, Mario Fioretti analyzed the match. "Trento led from start to finish; we never gave up, but they were always ahead. We struggled at different times, sometimes more in attack and other times in defense," he said at the outset.
"We tried to get back into the game, but we never succeeded. We ended halftime trailing but fully in the game, and then gradually the lead widened."
"We struggled a lot on the rebound, producing little on one side and suffering on defense. This is the result," continues Bertram Derthona Tortona coach.
A game in which, in one way or another, Bertram always seemed to be a step behind. "They had more energy on both ends of the court. They did a good job of increasing the lead without ever giving the impression it was over, but rather continuing to slowly increase it," adds the Derthona coach.
