The Juventus Under 18 team finishes their group in first place at the '3rd Gabriella Colonnelli Memorial'
Positive first phase of the tournament for the Under 18 DNG, involved in “3rd Gabriella Colonnelli Memorial” currently taking place in Alba Adriatica (TE): the team coached by Vanni Talpo achieved three victories in as many matches played in the first phase, finishing first in Group B. On this occasion Derthona can also count on Rebelli and Tonut, both players born in 2001 of the Interclub Muggia, who have been added to the team for the tournament.
Derthona-Cernusco
In the inaugural match the Bianconeri won 49-76 against Libertas Cernusco, at the end of a match conducted from the start. In the second match of Group B, Derthona triumphed 86-52 against Ascoli, while in the third match of the group, played this afternoon, Sunday 28 April, the Lions won with a score of 87-55 against Cagliari.
In the three matches of the first phase, the Under 18 team showed good team play and a positive attitude which allowed the Bianconeri to finish their group unbeaten. The next match of the team coached by Talpo will be tomorrow, Monday 29 April, at 10.30 am against Team Puglia, a match valid for the quarter-finals of the event.
