The Juventus healthcare staff
The new season is fast approaching and Bertram Derthona is pleased to announce the medical staff that will follow the Lions during the 2019/20 season.
The club's team doctor will be Dr. Pia Camagna , who will coordinate the team and will be supported by Dr. Alessandro Soldini , an orthopedic surgeon who will be working with the club for the second consecutive season. The physiotherapy team has also been confirmed, consisting of Lorenzo Benedetti – ready to begin his fifth consecutive season in black and white – and Alberto Turini , who joined the team in the second half of the 2018/19 season.
The team's confirmations include Emanuele Scarabelli , who will continue to be the club's osteopath for the 2019/20 season. Gianluca Mazzoncini , the first team's new physical trainer, will act as a link between the technical staff and the club's medical staff.
The group is also expanded with the arrival of Enrico Ponta , who will take on the role of nutritional biologist and will work, from the first days of the year, in close contact with the technical and medical staff.
