Coach Galli's corner – Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari
New championship appointment for Bertram Derthona, who will challenge the Dynamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari in the match scheduled for Saturday 10 December at 20.30 pm at PalaEnergica Paolo Ferraris. Presenting the characteristics of the next opponents was, as usual, the assistant coach Massimo Galli:
“We return to play in front of our fans after the great victory in Verona, facing Sassari who beat us in the Super Cup match at the start of the season. In the control room is Gerald Robinson, a veteran of our league who has demonstrated his qualities in all the teams he has played for, alongside whom there is Kruslin, an excellent three-point shooter. The '3' is Jamal Jones, coming from Bahçesehir, dangerous due to his athletic skills.
The quintet is completed with Bendzius, one of the best interpreters of his role in the championship who has hurt us in the past, equipped with a great three-point shot and with DeShawn Stephens, already seen in Italy, in place of Onuaku.
Coming off the bench are Chris Dowe, who returned from injury last week, and Stefano Gentile, an athlete who needs no introduction. The external department is completed with Chessa and Devecchi, the Club's flagship players. The replacement for the '4' is Kaspar Treier, while for the '5' is Ousmane Diop, who played a very good first part of the season”.
