The youth team week: U17 Excellence redemption, U19 Silver enthusiasm, U14 Gold double
The week of youth of the Derthona Basketball was characterized by strong emotions, starting from the enthusiasm with which the PalaCamagna experienced the home debut of the seasonU19 Silver, which repaid the packed stands of the Tortona facility with a large success against Unione Basket Collinare Basket Chieri, in the match which also marked Marco Palumbo's debut as head coach in his second year with the Bianconeri.
Emotions, although not crowned with success, gave the two challenges in Serie C Gold e U19 Excellence of the oldest age group of the Derthona Basketball Lab, who found a double defeat but with their heads held high. In the senior championship the Gulliver – which will host CUS Torino on Friday at 21pm to try to find their first success of the season – held their own on the pitch of vice-leaders Collegno Basket, also a playoff finalist last year. Two smiles in just over 24 hours for theU14 Gold, which regulates the CUS Torino the day before and the friends of BEA Chieri the following day, a company with which the DB Lab has signed a collaboration relationship a few months ago.
