The Lions were the protagonists of a sprint start made up of attention in defense and fluidity in attack: for most of the first half Vado had to chase the score. Having made the overtaking move in the final stages of the second quarter, the Ligurian team pulled ahead in the second half, without ever managing to make the decisive push in the match. Only in the final stages did the gap exceed double figures: the match ended 64-76.

Convincing success for the young Lions on the pitch in Valenza: the Bianconeri imposed their own pace on the match right from the start and dug an unbridgeable gap for their opponents in the first 10 minutes (8-28). In the following fractions Derthona further widens the gap and finds good solutions from all the players used. The final is 35-94, it is worth highlighting the eleven boys who scored, proving a good team performance.

In the final period the guests try to get back into contact, but the Bianconeri are good at repelling the comeback attempt and, with cool free throws, win 61-52. The Leoncini's next match will be Sunday 6 June at 15pm on the Borgoticino pitch.
