Excellent performance for the young Lions in their championship debut: opposed to Eridania, the Bianconeri led the match in the first two quarters, ending with a twenty-eight point lead (42-14). In the second half the reaction came from the guests, capable of finding some baskets on the counterattack; Derthona however, thanks to good offensive fluidity, managed the margin accumulated and closed with a 77-44 success.
