Last match of the season for the DNG team, engaged on the Mortara field. After a start from the away team, the hosts progressively reduced their gap and took the lead in terms of scoring. The match then flows on the edge of balance until the last moments of the game, when a triple from Lisini and a free throw from Paulinus allow Derthona to win. Also on this occasion the Lions showed good game patterns and highlighted the constant progress made throughout the entire season.

Success for the team coached by Censurini in the first leg of the play-off valid for 11th and 12th place in the championship standings. After a first period favorable to the guests, the Bianconeri progressively reduced their gap in the central parts of the match, then widened in the final period thanks to a good defense and united solutions in attack. The final saw the Lions triumph 63-60; the return match is scheduled for Friday 31 May at 20.30pm in Asti.

Good performance for the Juventus team who, opposed to the strong Rivoli, played on par with their opponents for the entire duration of the match. The guests won only in the final with a score of 61-66; next weekend the Lions are expected in the Final Four which will award the regional category title.

A good performance for the Under 14 Elite team which, in the match played within the friendly walls of PalaCamagna, prevailed with a score of 55-36 over Tam Tam Torino. After a balanced first quarter, the Bianconeri progressively increased their lead, up to the final +19, thanks to the brilliant direction of Matilde Castagna, author of a significant performance. The return match of the 9th-10th place final will be played on Saturday 1 June at 17.15pm: on that occasion the Lions will start from the advantage accumulated in the first leg match.

Last match of the season for the young Lions, who achieved a 56-48 success against Borgosesia within the friendly walls of PalaCamagna. The play of Gay and Bordoni, combined with the contribution made by all the players on both halves of the pitch, decided the match in favor of the home team. Derthona closes this phase of the championship in second place in the standings, behind the Savigliano Gators, the only team capable of beating the team coached by Degrada.
