THE BERTRAM DERTHONA PRESEASON: MEETING ON 18 AUGUST AND 9 FRIENDLY MATCHES FOR THE LIONS
It's set for Sunday August 18 the gathering of Bertram Derthona which will open the 2024-25 season of the Juventus team. The path of the new formation coached by Walter De Raffaele will begin in Citadel of Sport of Tortona for the first introductory meeting and for the first greeting to the fans with the classic aperitif in the city.
Busy with commitments calendar of the preseason which will lead to the start of the fourth Serie A championship and the second European participation in the Basketball Champions League in the history of the Lions club.
The pre-season training camp will take place for the third time in the last four seasons at Sauce the Oulx by 21 26 to August, at the end of which the first friendly match scheduled for will take place August 26th at 17pm, with Bertram challenging the BBC Monthey-Chablais, a team from the Swiss top league.
Il August 31th the second test is scheduled for 20pm at the home of the Libertas Livorno newly promoted to Serie A2.
Wednesday 4 September at 18.30 pm the Lions will face the Italian championsEA7 Emporio Armani Milan, at the facility field of the Citadel of Sport with access by invitation, the modalities of which will be communicated in the days preceding the friendly match.
The lead-up to the official competitions will continue with three quadrangular tournaments over the following three weekends. We leave on 7 8-September Preseason Tournament di Trapani, guests of Trapani Sharks together with Partizan Belgrado and the Japanese Ryukyu Golden Kings. We continue on 14 and 15 a Lucca, where Derthona will present themselves as reigning champions at 9° Carlo Lovari Trophy to compete for the trophy with Umana Reyer Venezia, beaten in the final last year, Napoli Basket, winner of the 2024 Italian Cup, and Estra Pistoia, first opponent in the semi-final at 21pm. The last check will take place on 21 and 22 September with the 1st Lake Basket Cup a Lecco, where Bertram will be present together with UnaHotels Reggio Emilia, Openjobmetis Varese and Nutribullet Treviso, opponents in the semi-final at 16pm.
Once the cycle of friendlies is over, it will be time for the championship and European cup, with the home debut in Serie A il September 29th against Vanoli Cremona and BCL il 2 October always at PalaEnergica Paolo Ferraris of Casale Monferrato against the Germans Niners Chemnitz.
In the next few days the season ticket campaign will be revealed which will allow all fans to follow the team with their usual passion and affection.
